The Premier League has just hit the middle of the season. Currently, Liverpool sits in first, with Manchester City, Tottenham, and Chelsea in fourth. Arsenal and Manchester United missing out on the top 4. So far this season Liverpool looks like the best team in the league, letting in the least amount of goals and scoring the second most. Manchester City though is not far behind only 4 points off of the top spot.

The 3 teams fighting in the relegation zone are Newcastle in 18th, Fulham in 19th, and Huddersfield in 20th. It will be very difficult for any of these teams to make it out of the bottom 3, they must make big signings or have a change in manager if they want to see any progress.

My Opinion:

Liverpool will continue their good run of form and win the league for the first time in the history of the Premier League, but Manchester City will make it very close. If a big team makes a huge signing then they could have a chance at a comeback, but I find it unlikely. I do not think that Newcastle will end up in the bottom 3 because their manager Rafa Benitez is too good of a manager to let them go down.
